Customer service is a big deal for me and it is rude just to drop off a check and say, leave because we need to move tables (when there are empty tables in the room). I know this place won't lose sleep over this since they are so busy, but we definitely will not be back. What is worse is the lack of consistency.there was a wait on Tuesday and we were never told to leave despite being there for over 2 hrs. So it was a poor experience, especially after spending about $400 pre-tip in 2 visits. We paid and left, and when we were leaving there were 2 small groups at the door, and about 6 empty tables not including our own. This, after having a $215 check - and we were going to order food to go. About 3 hours later she came by with our check and told us her manager said we had to leave since there was a wait, or we could stand and drink on the side patio. Never was it mentioned that if they get a wait there is a 2 hour limit. We got there when they opened so we could have some drinks before ordering our appetizer and then the entree. The server was nice but not as personable as Holly. This visit the food was better - we both got crab cakes and we also split an app of the sweet and spicy shrimp which was fantastic. But the location and service that day was good and the menu had so many things I wanted to try so we came back 2 days later for my birthday. they forgot the bistro sauce, and the chunks were cut up pretty big, the steak was bland. The food was ok, I got the steak sandwich and. She checked on us but not too much, was friendly and bubbly. Our first visit the server, Holly, was fantastic. We went there twice in a week while on vacation, including to celebrate my birthday.
